Pulling Out All The Stops

I'm pleased to announce, that at the Wednesday, May 7 meeting of Hamilton City Council, a Public Works Committee recommendation to install an all-way stop at Elliott Avenue and Grenadier Drive was unanimously supported by a vote of 15-0.

A huge thank you and appreciation to Roberta Watt who organized a petition with 103 names that clearly was the difference!

I am hopeful that my advocacy of the Public Works - Traffic Operations department for a speedy installation of this all-way stop will result in its installation within three to four weeks as opposed to the standard four to eight weeks.
